Never been a food person but when it comes to Japanese cuisine, I’m all up for it. Japan not only has a rich culture but also has a rich cuisine. Join me on a brief tour of Japanese food: from Tamagoyaki, a sweet layered egg appetizer, to various sushi like Deep Fried Shrimp Maki Rolls and Salmon Maki Rolls topped with Tobiko. Don't miss the Sashimi and the light, airy Japanese Cheesecake for dessert.
